The dynamics of civilization and the point of power
Abstract. The article analyses the interaction of power, culture and civilization, which is a complex and historically mobile hierarchy. The point of application of power is statehood as such – sacral, secular, even revolutionary. The historical and cultural dynamics of Russian power stipulates the author's position that the St. Petersburg monarchy and Russian communism can be considered as varieties of ideocracy, that is, the transformed forms of energy of its spiritual core.
