In memory of Dmitry Fedorovich Kravchenko – friend and teacher

Abstract. The author devoted an article in memory of his friend and teacher D.F. Kravchenko. He describes the first underwater archaeological expedition, which took place in 1980 in the Black Sea near Cape Panagia, where he met with the famous traveler, explorer of the Arctic and the underwater world.
