Volunteering in the Arctic: features, objectives, experience
Annotation. The article deals with the work of volunteers in the conditions of the Russian North, its importance for the development of the cultural and natural heritage of the region. Volunteering can play a special role in the development of the tourist potential and in the solution of environmental problems of the northern territories. The article gives concrete examples of successful volunteer activities within the framework of environmental projects in the Russian Federation.
