Сommunicative basis for destabilizing the social situation and value constants of modern Russian society

Abstract. The article analyzes the problems of the development of modern Russian society, its value constants and the qualitative characteristics of communicative prerequisites of destabilizing of the social situation against the background of the artificial formation of historical memory. The authors designate a set of codes of Russian society, describe reality in the coordinate system of communicative management, and focus on external factors of destabilizing of public life in the country. A prognosis of the development of the social situation and an effective scenario for the prevention of threats and social risks of development of Russia are proposed.

Key words: humanitarian knowledge, interdisciplinarity, social diagnostics and forecasting, public administration, communicative management, value constants, codes of Russian society.
