Projecting the values of Russian civilization in the context of the national cultural policy
Abstract.The conceptual basis of the state cultural policy should be a hierarchical system of values of Russian civilization which permeates the basic institutions and forms of cultural activity, called to ascend to the prototypes. The structural basis of their design is the components of the value content – «knowledge», «skills», «meanings (senses)» that form a matrix of informational, operational and philosophical cultures of activity that realize a specific value.
Key words: system of values of Russian civilization, transfiguration, socio-cultural institutions, structure of the value content of activity.
