Inheritance of cultural and civilizational values: about the new content of research in Heritage Institute
Abstract. The current article is a review of the main directions in scientific work and events which have been held by Department for Cultural Inheritance at Heritage Institute for the recent 3,5 years. An axiological value of the researches, which are being carried out, is underlined as continuation of Russian tradition to study culture as an indivisible integrity. The role of traditional values and heritable images in the processes of cultural inheriting is pointed out. The meaning of civilizational, historiosophical and ethical problems in the process of maintaining, studying and developing of culture has been shown under the context of actualization of historical and cultural heritage in the modern Russian cultural environment and the running educational system.
