ICOMOS’ Global Project: the Need for cooperation

Abstract. The article discusses the development of the ICOMOS Global Plan for Post-traumatic Reconstruction and Restoration of Cultural Heritage Objects in 2016. As a result, the article focuses on the main ways to the success of post-traumatic action on cultural heritage objects in the context of the historical development of various cities of Russia and the world.
