The experience of public participation and organization of partnerships in Europe: View from Russia
Abstract. This article presents a brief analysis of the partnership organizations and public participation in programs, projects of preservation and development of European rural settlements and small towns. Their experience can be used in the historic centers of big cities all over the world. It is interesting and useful to Russia as well.
