The value matrix of national culture as the basis for the formation
of a system of cultural heritage objects

Abstract. The article reveals the value foundations of the formation of a system of cultural heritage objects; reveals the key values of the national cultural and historical system; in this regard, it considers, first of all, such value principles as freedom and fairness. The article also reveals the current problems with the system of cultural heritage sites in Russia, in the light of the above–mentioned conceptual relationship between cultural heritage sites and the axiological matrix of Russian culture.
