The exhibition ‘The history of ancient and medieval navigation in the Black Sea and the World Ocean’

Abstract. The article discusses the history of the origin of watercraft in the Black Sea Region, the history of navigation and development of the Pontic littoral in ancient times and the Middle Ages. The author has presented a project to make an exhibition «The history of ancient and medieval navigation in the Black Sea and the World Ocean» and the Museum of Historical Navigation.
