Bringing up traditional values in the conditions of their destruction
Abstract. The author sees the values of upbringing in the continuity of traditions, the foundations of the national culture, which he calls “soil”. These traditions were developed by classical and partly modern literature. Special attention is paid to the contribution to the protection of morality and culture of Valentin Rasputin, who wrote a lot about the veneration of ancestors, national relics, the preservation of nature, family, religion, love for the Fatherland.
