Methodological approaches to working with the cultural heritage of the region in the context of the cultural and educational policy of modern Russia

Abstract. This article examines the intersection of integrated and sectoral methodological approaches to working with regional cultural heritage in the context of contemporary Russia's cultural and educational policy. It concludes that the effectiveness of integrated and sectoral approaches can be enhanced through their complementarity, taking into account the specific conditions of implementing regional programs and projects.

Key words: regional studies, cultural heritage, cultural and educational policy, integrated approach, sectoral approach, strengths, weaknesses, culturological typology, culturological attribution.
