Objectification as a form of digital reconstruction of lost cultural heritage in the urban environment of tourist sites Western Siberia

Abstract. The article discusses the problem of digital reconstruction of lost cultural heritage in Western Siberia. At the same time, the identification of the lost cultural heritage is presented in the areas of digital reconstruction of cultural heritage as a process of objectification. Based on legal standards and on the material of information from the Internet about the lost objects of cultural heritage, a system of objectification of the lost cultural heritage in the context of its digital reconstruction has been developed, which provides for its full materialization, as a result of which the object of cultural heritage, an invisible, unobvious or destroyed valuable object turns into a real, tangible, physically existing element of our culture and history as part of digital memory. The possibilities of objectification and preservation of digital memory in archives and databases for fixing historical and cultural memory are determined. Based on regional practices for preserving the lost cultural and natural heritage of the urban environment of tourist sites in Siberia (Omsk, Tomsk, Novosibirsk), types of lost cultural heritage and, accordingly, forms of digital reconstruction of cultural heritage (direct and associated with excursion-historical routing) were identified.

Key words: register of lost monuments, objectification of cultural heritage, digital memory, digital recreation, digital restoration, tourist attractions, technological sovereignty, QR coding, interactive plaques.
