The fundamental basis of state building (on theIvan Ilyin’s Doctrine of legal Consciousness) and the present situation in modern Russia

Abstract. This article discusses the basic axioms of legal consciousness, law, state power and state constitutional law, given by the most prominent scholar-jurist and state system teacher in the XXth century Ivan Aleksandrovich Ilyin, who was a рrofessor at Moscow State University, exiled from Soviet Russia in 1922. Interesting is his view on the attitude of the state, church and society.
