Spiritual tradition of service to fatherland as a civilizational constanta and its legal support
Abstract. The nature of the spiritual tradition of serving the Fatherland as one of the fundamental civilizational constants ensuring the sustainable development of the Russian state in the face of external threats is revealed, and the necessity of an integral system of measures for its revival and sustainable functioning is substantiated.
