On the main «intensity points» of the national value system
Abstract. The article reveals the basic ideas and concepts of the national culture value system; reveals their originality, historical conditionality and relevance. The author asserts «fairness» as a fundamental value of the national (domestic) cultural and historical system. «Fairness», and other basic value concepts, such as, for example, «truth» and «freedom» make up special «civilization code» of the national culture. According to the author, the value system of the national cultural and historical system (civilization), its genuine civilizational code, is fundamentally different from the Western European model.
