The scientific mapping of cultural and natural heritage of Russia: the 25th anniversary of the Heritage Institute
Abstract. In 2017 Russian Research Institute of Cultural and Natural Heritage under the Russian Ministry of Culture was 25 years old. In the paper there are presented materials on the cultural and natural heritage mapping created by the collective of the Institute scientists. Mapping of the cultural and natural heritage in the Institute has been formed as a new trend in the thematic carthography.
