Culture as a sphere of human redefinition

Abstract. The article reveals the problems of cultural development of a person, creativity of himself and the sphere of his being. We also consider the problems of human freedom, duty and responsibility; we consider the problems of «free choice» as a way of personal cultural development of a person by himself, a Person (»actual», with a capital letter).
