Dictionary of Cultural Heritage terms as prolegomena to cultural policy
Abstract. The article is a conceptual preface, an introduction to a possible strategic program of Russia's sovereign constructive cultural policy aimed at the real development of man and society. The article reveals the essence of the basic concepts related to cultural policy. At the same time, the necessity of building this conceptual apparatus within the framework of a single ideological paradigm is justified, taking into account such key characteristics as conciseness, simplicity, unambiguity, consistency. At the same time, in this article, special emphasis is placed on the disclosure of such a concept as intangible cultural heritage. Accordingly, the features of the device of the modern global system are revealed.
