Research of the early works of Konstantin Vasiliev
at the Department of expertise of GOSNIIR
Abstract. The article presents in detail the process of research and attribution of works, supposedly written by the Russian artist K.Vasiliev, received in 2009 in the examination of the GOSNIIR. This authorship was indicated by marks, signatures, the history of the existence of works. As a result of a comprehensive study, which included work with a microscope, UV and art history research, the authorship of Konstantin Alekseevich Vasiliev was confirmed. Information about the artist's early works (1950s - early 1960s) and general technical characteristics of the author's style are also given.
