Abstract.In modern conditions of the information society, the issues of strengthening civilizational identity and cultural sovereignty are of particular relevance and the most important direction of this activity of government bodies of the Russian Federation and public organizations in the field of culture is the preservation of cultural heritage sites and the formation of an authentic cultural environment at the regional and municipal levels.

Key words: objects of cultural heritage, cultural sovereignty, Russian estate, tourism, cultural environment.
