Regional сultural and information policy:
challenges and prospects
Abstract. The paper is devoted to topical issues of regional cultural and information policy. The author proceeds from an integrated approach developed by him and based on an analysis of its directions. The current trends of regional cultural and information policy are considered. It is emphasized that the successful positioning of the region in the media space and the formation of a new positive image of the territory depends on the branding of the territories. The paper substantiates the conclusion that regional branding and marketing is innovative in nature and helps the territory in the development of cultural and information policy. Recommendations on improving the regional cultural and information policy are given.
