Use of digital technology in the hospitality industry
as a tool for popularization and protection of the cultural
and natural heritage of the Russian Federation
Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of digital technologies in the hospitality industry as a tool for popularizing and protecting the cultural and natural heritage of Russia. The author assumes that digital technologies, successfully integrating with this industry, increasingly unite it with the protection of heritage. The article describes modern trends in the digitalization of cultural tourism, analyzes the use of artificial intelligence and neural networks in the field of heritage protection, and provides examples of successful experience in implementing programs in this area.
