EXPERIENCE OF PRESERVING AUTHENTIC WINEMAKING
AS PART OF THE CULTURAL HERITAGE OF THE REGION
(BASED ON THE MATERIAL OF THE SPANISH MOVEMENT OF «TERROIRISTS»)
Abstract. This article is devoted to the study of the experience of the Spanish «terroirist» movement in preserving the cultural identity of the region. The paper presents the history of the formation, the main ideas and goals of the «terroirist» movement, their role in the transformation of the wine industry in the context of preserving culture and traditions. The article notes that the «terroirists» have challenged Spain's industrial wine sector, arguing for the need to preserve authentic winemaking as part of its cultural heritage. It is shown that the successful practical experience of the «terroirist» movement makes it possible to apply their system and approaches to solve the problem of preserving and promoting authentic Russian winemaking as part of the cultural heritage of Russian regions.
Keywords: terroir, «terroirists», winemaking, cultural identity, cultural heritage.
