Directions of cultural policy in archival documents. Late 1980s - early 1990s
Abstract. The article is an analytical review of a number of documents on reforming the culture management in the last years of the Soviet Union. All documents are entered into scientific circulation for the first time. Events of the early 1990s determined the direction of development of cultural industries to its mercantilism and, as a consequence, cultural organizations offer public services and products targeted solely for profit.
Key words: cultural policy, cultural management, history of the USSR, perestroika, mercantilism.
