Forms and directions of civilization modeling of political and legal development of the Russian society: in the future across the past
Abstract. As an object of the real research the modern political and legal organization of society in its civilization measurement and sociocultural dynamics acted. In turn a subject of work are contradictions and the basic directions of sociocultural dynamics of the public and power organization of society and also a form of civilization modeling of sustainable and successive political and legal development of the Russian society. In the content of work key problems of civilization development of the Russian society at the present stage, steady contradictions in sociocultural dynamics of the public and power organization are analyzed, the representations and approaches describing processes of modeling and reproduction of sociocultural community, and maintaining civilization identity in the 21st century are discussed. Separately in work the directions of ensuring sociocultural unity and the main forms of civilization modeling of political and legal integrity of society are considered. Is proved by the author that the civilization strategy of transformation of the Russian society (reforming of political institutes, development of the current legislation, etc.) is directed to reconstruction and interpretation of public and power institutes as steady and preemstvenno the reproduced civilization phenomena.
