Youth involvement in World Heritage conservation: the case study of the Bolgar Historical and Archaeological Complex World Heritage site
Abstract. The paper analyses the recommendations, programmes, projects and methods for the involvement of the youth in World Heritage conservation. Based on the comprehensive study of the youth involvement projects implemented at the Bolgar Historical and Archaeological Complex, the paper proposes several recommendations on the integration and adaptation of the existing instruments into the comprehensive management planning of World Heritage properties.
