The concept of home in the system of traditional values of Russian merchants

Abstract. The article is based on the memories of Kupriyanov family members from Bogorodsk town (modern Noginsk, Moscow region). It investigates how important the concept of «home» as a space of privacy was for Russian merchants in their system of traditional values.
