Concept and normative design of the new federal act on culture: measures of possible and necessary
Abstract. The article is devoted to considerations as to what should be contained in the drafted Federal Act on Culture, what the design of this act should be. The author offers ideas on how the amendments made to the Constitution of the Russian Federation in the summer of 2020, concerning cultural issues and implementing a civilizational approach, can be reflected and completed in the said Act on culture.
