Abstract. The article is based on the private collection of Mihail Lvovich Bazhenov. It is kept in Nizhny Novgorod State Historical and Architectural Museum Reserve and never been published before. Using some documents we can imagine interesting details of the flight in the September of 1919 after which Bazhenov was awarded The Order of the Red Banner.
