On the question of determining the Status of the Marine cultural heritage
Abstract. Article is dedicated to the development of recommendations for the definition of maritime cultural heritage status. In accordance with the international and Russian legislation, scientific and legal expertise highlighted the criteria for inclusion of cultural heritage to the maritime heritage, shows its importance and hierarchy. Also raised the issue of security status.
Key words: maritime heritage, cultural heritage, world heritage, Marine World Heritage, UNESCO World Heritage Sites, especially valuable objects of cultural heritage of the peoples of Russia, the objects of marine cultural heritage, types of maritime cultural heritage, monuments, ensembles, attractions, signs of cultural heritage features of maritime heritage, the status of the marine heritage, the status of the detected object of cultural heritage.
